摘要:黑莓被列为世界第三代水果,被欧美国家赞誉为“黑钻石”“生命之果”,是最早用于药用的水果之一,因其具有多种营养成分和 医药疗效,已成为食品与保健品研究的焦点,现代药理学研究表明其具有广泛的药理作用。从抗氧化、抗病毒、抗炎抗感染、降血糖、改 善血脂异常、抗肥胖、防治与年龄相关的退行性病变、防治心血管疾病、抗癌等方面对黑莓的药理作用研究进展进行综述,为黑莓的进一 步研究和利用提供依据。
